Tobination is a working lab for building AI-powered software products.
Ten ventures are currently active — spanning health tracking, surgical cost estimation, wine tourism, cross-border insurance, local business visibility, workforce auditing, field service operations, portfolio management, and healthcare EMR infrastructure.
Every one of them was built by one person, using a two-layer AI workflow: Claude in the browser for strategy and architecture, Claude Code in the terminal for execution. No engineering team. No agency. No dev shop. The lab runs from Rosarito Beach, Baja California, Mexico.

Before Tobination, Scott spent nearly two decades in digital marketing — the last fifteen years focused on medical aesthetics and plastic surgery through Sector45, a medical SEO and PPC agency he co-founded.
That background informs how the ventures are built: with a practitioner’s understanding of how real businesses work, what patients and customers actually need, and where software can create genuine leverage rather than just noise. It’s not the current focus. It’s the foundation.
